Is there a fee to sign up?

No. Creating a Wire Gh account is free. You're only charged for the services and transactions you use.
Can I use Wire Gh as an individual, not a business?

Yes. Individuals can sign up to buy result checker vouchers, pay bills and use SMS services. Business accounts unlock USSD, the payment gateway and developer APIs.

What payment methods are accepted?

How quickly are payments confirmed?

Most Mobile Money and card payments confirm instantly, with a receipt sent by SMS and shown on your dashboard right away.
What happens if a payment fails or is debited twice?

Failed or duplicate charges are automatically reversed within 24 hours. If it takes longer, contact support with your transaction reference.

Where do I buy WASSCE or BECE checker vouchers?

Vouchers are available under Services on the homepage. Payment is instant and your PIN is delivered by SMS.
My checker PIN didn't arrive. What do I do?
